Baby Hammocks

The baby hammock provides physical contact, enclosure and rhythmic movement, which improve physical and psychological development. Moreover, baby’s back is not in an entirely horizontal position in the baby hammock, so the transition from the foetal position is not too abrupt.

In the first 6 months or so, an infant can lie along the width of the hammock. The baby hammock may be hung in bed or playpen.
